Its my kind time at Ellis ward and I can't stress enough how nice, caring and friendly all the staff are. They really manage to make such bad experiences to feel much lighter. Its spacious, clean and comfortable.

Busy staff but none of them made me feel like my care/needs/requests were a burden.
The incredible holistic care of nurses such as Siobhan and Shauna was inspiring, providing that extra little t/c, reassurance, kind words, encouraging comment and even a hug and 5 mins to unburden makes all the difference. They should be made Dames of the British Empire!
They way you all welcomed and unincorporated my husband, into my care and allowed him to stay throughout the day to evening- so important when life is scary opportunity for complementary therapy on the ward was wonderful. A pocket of luxury and escape from the needles, drugs and medical paraphernalia knowing everyone knows everybody- quickly refers questions all seems to joined up. Thank you.
